高炉液压凿岩机安装方法研究

摘　　要：液压凿岩机是高炉开铁口机的核心部件,安装质量直接影响到其工作效率、应用成本和效益创造。其配合尺寸和形位公差要求非常严格,而且现场位置空间狭窄,大型吊装设备无法靠近。针对上述存在问题,钻杆卡具的安装利用自制非标准成型工具,确保钻杆连接孔轴线与基准轴线同轴度公差为Φ0.01 mm;增设凿岩机链条导轮装置,避免跳齿、脱链、甩掉现象,减少故障和磨损,延长凿岩机链条使用寿命;发明一种液压凿岩机专用维修工具,避免直接装夹花键的工作面,确保安装质量,提高功效5倍以上。Hydraulic rock drill is the core component of blast furnace taphole machine,and the installation quality directly affects its working efficiency,application cost and benefit creation.Its matching size and shape and position tolerance requirements are very strict,and the site location space is too narrow for large-scale hoisting equipment to reach.In view of the above problems,the installation of the drill pipe clamp uses a self-made non-standard forming tool to ensure that the coaxiality tolerance between the drill pipe connecting hole axis and the reference axis isΦ0.01 mm,and the chain guide wheel device of the rock drill is added to avoid the phenomenon of tooth skipping,detaching and throwing off,reduce the fault and wear,and prolong the service life of the rock drill chain.A special maintenance tool for hydraulic rock drill is invented to avoid directly clamping the working face of splines,ensure the installation quality and improve the efficiency by more than 5 times.
