摘  要:随着我国信息化进程的推进,为适应自然资源管理和治理能力现代化的需要,文章研究利用遥感影像自动解译技术,实现以现有自然资源为基础的建设用地、耕地、林草变化监测,构建自然资源立体动态监测平台,建立自然资源变化监测、建设用地动态监管统一的三维立体自然资源一张图,研究利用遥感影像自动解译技术,提升自然资源治理体系和治理能力现代化水平,为自然资源管理工作提供“天、空、地、图、数、智”立体融合的监测监管支撑服务能力。With the advancement of China’s informatization process,in order to meet the needs of modernization of natural resources management and governance capabilities,this paper studies the use of remote sensing image automatic interpretation technology to realize the change monitoring of construction land,cultivated land,forest and grass based on existing natural resources,and builds a three-dimensional dynamic monitoring platform for natural resources.Establish a three-dimensional map of natural resources that integrates the monitoring of natural resources changes and the dynamic supervision of construction land,study the use of automatic interpretation technology of remote sensing images,improve the modernization level of natural resources governance system and governance capacity,and provide a three-dimensional integrated monitoring and supervision support service capability of“sky,air,earth,map,data and intelligence”for natural resources management.
