摘　　要：面向江苏省海洋防灾减灾需求,文章依据江苏省海洋预报业务发展和工作流程研发了江苏海洋预报制作平台。该平台以江苏省海洋观测数据为基础,依托海洋数值预报模式研发释用,利用GIS平台可视化、等值线节点序列自动提取、预报产品自动生成等信息化技术对多源观测数据、预报信息进行汇交处理和有效整合,将预报技术、方法与数值预报结果进行集成。江苏海洋预报制作平台作为江苏海洋观测预报业务支撑系统,具有辅助一线预报人员实现多源数据采集、交互式预报分析和产品制作、预报产品推送发布等一系列功能,目前已作为江苏省海洋预警报业务的主要平台投入使用。Adapt to the needs of marine disaster prevention and mitigation in Jiangsu province,the Jiangsu marine forecast production platform was developed according to the development and working process of marine forecast business in Jiangsu province.Based on the marine observation data of Jiangsu province,the platform relies on the development and application of marine numerical prediction model,and uses GIS visualization,automatic extraction of isoline node sequence,automatic generation of forecast products and other information technologies to collect and effectively integrate the multi-source observation data and forecast information,integrating the forecast technology and method with the numerical prediction results.As a support system for marine observation and forecast business in Jiangsu province,it assists first-line forecasters to realize a series of functions,such as multi-source data collection,interactive forecast analysis,product production and forecast product push release.At present,it has been put into use as the main platform of marine early warning service in Jiangsu province.
