摘  要:高盐废水来源广泛,焚烧法处理高盐废水具有短工艺流程、小型设备等优点,同时可彻底焚烧氧化废水中的污染物。然而,此过程产生大量废盐,其中含有大量有毒有害物质,成分复杂且毒性强,难以降解。文章通过溶解、过滤、重新蒸发结晶等步骤的组合工艺,对高盐废水焚烧盐进行精制提纯,可使硫酸钠纯度提升至95%以上,含水率低于6%,TOC小于30 mg/L,氯化钠纯度提升至93%以上,含水率小于6%,TOC小于30 mg/L,达到日晒盐二级标准。The source of high-salt wastewater is wide,and incineration has the advantages of short process flow and small equipment for treating high-salt wastewater.At the same time,it can completely incinerate the pollutants in the oxidized wastewater.However,this process produces a large amount of waste salt,which contains a large amount of toxic and harmful substances with complex components and strong toxicity,which are diff icult to degrade.In this paper,a combination process of dissolution,f iltration,and re-evaporation crystallization is used to ref ine and purify the salt from the high-salt wastewater incineration,which can increase the purity of sodium sulfate to over 95%,the moisture content to less than 6%,the TOC to less than 30 mg/L,and the purity of sodium chloride to over 93%,the moisture content to less than 6%,the TOC to less than 30 mg/L,reaching the second-level standard of solar salt.
