摘 要:煤焦化粗苯是一种重要的工业原料。精苯是煤焦化粗苯的高纯度产品,具有更高的纯度和质量要求,因此具有更广泛的应用领域。精苯的生产影响着相关产业的发展和竞争力。预处理工序在煤焦化粗苯生产精苯过程中起着至关重要的作用。它的主要目标是去除煤焦化粗苯中的杂质、杂质物质和不纯物质,提高产物的纯度和品质。预处理工序通常包括脱硫、脱碳、脱氮等操作,以及液相催化反应等。通过改进煤焦化粗苯生产精苯的预处理工艺,可以实现更高质量、更高效率和更环保的生产,提高企业的竞争力和可持续发展能力。Coal coking crude benzene is an important industrial raw material.Ref ined benzene is a high-purity product of coal coking crude benzene,with higher purity and quality requirements,thus having a wider range of applications.The production of ref ined benzene affects the development and competitiveness of related industries.The pre-treatment process plays a crucial role in the production of ref ined benzene from coal coking crude benzene.Its main goal is to remove impurities,impurities,and impure substances from coal coking crude benzene,and improve the purity and quality of the product.The pre-treatment process usually includes operations such as desulfurization,decarbonization,denitrif ication,as well as liquid-phase catalytic reactions.By improving the pre-treatment process for producing ref ined benzene from coal coking crude benzene,higher quality,higher eff iciency,and more environmentally friendly production can be achieved,enhancing the competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises.
