沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者神经内分泌激素及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者神经内分泌激素及血液流变学的影响。方法:研究对象选择92例上饶市铅山县妇幼保健院于2019年6月至2022年5月期间收治的冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者,以随机信封法分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例),在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,观察组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,两组连续治疗一个月后,采用酶联免疫吸附法、全自动血液粘度动态分析等观察两组患者神经内分泌激素、血液流变学指标的变化与不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组去甲肾上腺素、血管紧张素II、血清醛同酮、水平均降低,观察组上述神经内分泌激素水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血细胞比容、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均改善,观察组三项血液流变学指标改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者发生低血压、头晕、恶心腹泻、高血钾症等不良反应发生情况总数相近(P>0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者神经内分泌激素及血液流变学具有较好改善作用,且具有较高安全性。Objective:To observe the effects of Sacubatrovalsartan sodium on neuroendocrine hormones and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Methods:92 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure admitted to Shangrao Qianshan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(46 cases)and a control group(46 cases)using a random envelope method.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with valsartan,while the observation group was treated with sarcubatrix valsartan sodium.After one month of continuous treatment,the two groups were treated with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Fully automated blood viscosity dynamic analysis was used to observe the changes in neuroendocrine hormones,hemorheological indicators,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the levels of norepinephrine,angiotensin II,and serum aldosterone in both groups decreased.The levels of the aforementioned neuroendocrine hormones in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,both groups showed improvements in hematocrit,plasma viscosity,and fibrinogen levels,the improvement of three hemorheological indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);During the treatment period,the total number of adverse reactions such as hypotension,dizziness,nausea,diarrhea,and hyperkalemia in the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:Saccubatrix valsartan sodium has a good improvement effect on neuroendocrine hormones and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure,and has high safety.
