阿达帕林凝胶辅助异维A酸软胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效、安全性评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿达帕林凝胶辅助异维A酸软胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效、安全性评估。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年11月在本院皮肤科治疗的81例寻常性痤疮患者作为研究对象,依据治疗药物不同分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=41)。对照组口服异维A酸软胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用阿达帕林凝胶辅助治疗。对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后皮损情况、视觉模拟疼痛评分表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)及发生不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组皮损类型、数量、颜色、疼痛、VAS各评分均明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿达帕林凝胶辅助异维A酸乳胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮患者能有效提高临床疗效,降低皮损程度,减轻患处疼痛感,不增加其他明显不良反应,安全性较高。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Adapalene gel assisted isotretinoic acid softgel in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:A total of 81 patients with acne vulgaris who received dermatology treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=41)according to different therapeutic grougs.The control group was treated with isotretinoic acid softgel,and the observation group was treated with Adapalene gel on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,skin lesions,visual analogue scale(VAS)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the score of lesion type,number,color,pain and VAS scores significantly decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significantly significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adapalene gel combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of patients with acne vulgaris can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the degree of skin lesions,relieve the pain of the affected area,and do not increase other obvious adverse reactions,which has high safety.
