冰雪体育旅游产业双循环发展体系的理论基础、构成要素、互动关系及驱动机制研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,探究冰雪体育旅游产业双循环发展体系的理论基础、构成要素、互动关系及驱动机制具有重要价值。研究认为:立足产业生态理论,冰雪体育旅游产业双循环发展体系由资源要素、行动主体要素、产品与服务要素、外部环境要素构成,互动关系体现在国内循环(产业链循环、产业内循环、产业间循环、区域循环)与国际循环共促发展中。驱动冰雪体育旅游产业双循环发展,增强循环内生动能,需发挥平台赋能机制、技术驱动机制、需求拉动机制、政策推动机制的驱动作用。It is of great value to explore the theoretical basis,constituent elements,interactive relationship and driving mechanism of the double-cycle development system of ice and snow sports tourism industry by using literature and expert interviews.The study concludes that,based on the industrial ecology theory,the dual-cycle development system of ice and snow sports tourism industry consists of resource elements,action body elements,product and service elements,external environment elements,and the interaction relationship is reflected in the co-promotion of domestic(industrial chain cycle,intra-industry cycle,inter-industry cycle,and regional cycle)and international cycle development.To drive the double-cycle development of the ice and snow sports and tourism industry and enhance the internal energy of the cycle,it is necessary to play the driving role of the platform-enabling mechanism,technology-driven mechanism,demand-pulling mechanism,and policy-promoting mechanism.
