摘 要:为了实现受房柱式采空区影响的浅埋深、近距离煤层群矿井的安全开采,依据韩家湾三盘区2^(-2)煤层房采区地质采矿条件,采取了“采空区钻探+漏失量观测+空区积水探测+三维激光扫描”综合探测技术,探测结果表明,三盘区2^(-2)煤房柱式采空区精查区域的顶板裂隙发育程度低,顶板岩层较为完整,煤柱及房仓参数为采7 m留8 m的采煤方式,部分区域采空区积水高度0.15~0.35 m。同时基于实验室测试结果,应用相关理论对2^(-2)煤现状下残留煤柱、1^(-2)煤长壁工作面蹬空扰动2^(-2)煤煤柱的稳定性进行了分析,研究表明:三盘区2^(-2)煤不同房柱式开采尺寸的残留煤柱现状下暂时稳定;1^(-2)煤长壁工作面蹬空2^(-2)煤房柱式空区开采的支承压力影响2^(-2)煤残留煤柱不能保持稳定;“先采下组煤层,利用矿山压力对2^(-2)煤残留煤柱破坏后,再在扰动破坏后的房柱式采空区上实施上组煤蹬空开采”的方案是技术可行的。In order to safely mine the shallow contiguous coal seams affected by the room-pillar goaf, based on the geological and mining conditions of 2^(-2) coal seam using room-pillar mining method in third panel, Hanjiawan Coal Mine, using integrated detection technique of “goaf drilling+leakage observation+goaf water detection+dimensional laser scanning”, it is obtained that roof crack development degree of the room-pillar goaf is low, roof strata are relatively complete, the parameters of coal pillar and warehouse are 7 m and 8 m, respectively;and the height of goaf water in some areas is 0.15~0.35 m. Based on laboratory test results, stability of residual coal pillar under the current condition of 2^(-2) coal and the stability of disturbed 2^(-2) coal pillar under the over-goaf mining of 1^(-2) coal longwall working face are calculated and analyzed by relevant theories. Results show that residual coal pillars of different room and pillar mining sizes of coal 2^(-2) are temporarily stable under the current situation. The abutment pressure of 1^(-2) coal longwall face mining over 2^(-2) coal room pillar goaf affects 2^(-2) coal residual pillar can not keep stable;the mining scheme of “mining group coal seam first, using mine pressure to destroy the residual coal pillars of coal 2^(-2), and then implementing the house-pillar type goaf after the upper group coal push off disturbance destruction” is technically feasible.
