摘 要:针对四角罐道因受力特征不明确、设计理论研究不足等影响,在结构设计中存在结构形式无法确定、结构安全性无法评估的问题,文章研究了四角罐道的水平力计算方法。由于参考端罐道水平力计算方法,与实测的作用四角罐道水平力存在较大误差,对陕北大海则煤矿立井四角罐道水平力进行了现场测试,采用一元线性回归分析模型,建立了煤矿立井四角罐道水平力计算方法。得到了提升容器作用四角罐道水平力与提升终端荷载的关系,获取了提升容器作用于四角罐道正面和侧面的水平力计算公式。该方法可为煤矿立井井口、井底金属支持结构受力分析和煤矿立井四角罐道设计参数研究提供依据。In view of the problems that the structural form cannot be determined and the structural safety cannot be evaluated in the structural design due to the unclear force characteristics and insufficient research on the design theory, the horizontal force calculation method of the quadrangular tank tunnel is studied. There is a large error between the calculation method of the horizontal force of the reference end and the measured horizontal force of the four corners of the channel. Based on this, the horizontal force of four-corner shaft guide in Dahaize Coal Mine in northern Shaanxi is tested in the field, and the calculation method of horizontal force of four-corner shaft guide in coal mine is established using the unitary linear regression analysis model. The relationship between the horizontal force on the four-corner shaft guide acting on the lifting container and the lifting terminal load was obtained, and the formula for calculating the horizontal force on the front and side of the four-corner shaft guide acting on the lifting container was obtained. This method can provide a basis for the force analysis of the metal support structure at the shaft head and bottom of coal mine shaft and the design parameters of the four-corner shaft guide of coal mine shaft.
