摘 要:再生是指生物体重新长出或构建恢复生物体失去或受伤部分的过程。揭示再生过程的调控机制已成为当今生物学领域内的重要课题。TLR(Toll-like receptor)信号通路是先天免疫系统中的重要组成部分,其可以识别病原相关分子模式和损伤相关分子模式,在不同物种中具有高度同源性。该文对TLR信号通路的分子机制及其与生物再生之间的关系进行了概述。目前对TLR信号通路的研究表明其不仅在免疫防御方面发挥作用,而且同样参与对生物再生的调控,在多种组织器官的再生过程中均发挥一定的功能。Regeneration is the process by which an organism regrows or builds back a lost or injured part of the organism.To reveal the regulatory mechanism of regeneration process has become an important topic in the field of biology.TLR(Toll-like receptor)signaling pathway is an important part of the innate immune system,which can recognize pathogen-associated molecular pattern and damage-associated molecular pattern,and has a high degree of homology in different species.In this paper,the molecular mechanism of TLR signaling pathway and its relationship with biological regeneration are reviewed.Current studies on TLR signaling pathway show that it not only plays a role in immune defense,but also participates in the regulation of biological regeneration,and plays a certain function in the regeneration process of various tissues and organs.
