摘　　要：本文通过建立模型、分析影响因素、量化影响因素及不确定度计算等对静电放电抗扰度试验静电发生器输出电压进行了简要的不确定度评定,为电磁兼容实验室有效评定静电放电测量不确定度提供参考。In this paper,the measurement uncertainty of the output voltage of the electrostatic discharge generator in the electrostatic discharge immunity test is carried out by establishing the model,analyzing the influencing factors,quantifying the influencing factors and calculating the uncertainty,which provides reference for the effective evaluation of the uncertainty of electrostatic discharge measurement in the electromagnetic compatibility laboratory.
