摘 要:为解决生活污水中肠道病原菌的含量超标问题,本研究以西北寒冷干旱地区生活污水为研究对象,采用三段式一体化微动力厌氧生物物理耦合污水处理技术,探讨总大肠菌群(Total coliform,TC)和粪大肠菌群(Fecal coliform,FC)的最优去除条件及TC和FC与其他环境指标的相关性。结果表明:三段式一体化微动力厌氧生物物理耦合污水处理技术的最优参数为悬浮球填料,水力停留时间48 h,温度10~20℃,pH 6~7。TC和FC与多数环境指标存在显著或极显著正相关。同时,在装置实地运行过程中,TC和FC的平均去除率分别达84.77%和84.63%,TC和FC与其他环境指标之间存在的相关性与小试试验具有一致性。表明,该装置实地运行效果良好,可有效去除西北地区村镇生活污水中的病原菌。The domestic wastewater from cold and arid regions in northwest China is taken as research object to address the issue of excessive levels of intestinal pathogens in the wastewater.The technology of three-stage integrated micro-power anaerobic biophysical coupling wastewater treatment is adopted to explore the optimal removal conditions for Total Coliform(TC)and Fecal Coliform(FC),as well as the correlation between TC and FC with other environmental indicators.The results show that the optimal parameters for the technology are suspended ball packing,HRT of 48 hours,temperature of 10~20℃ and pH of 6~7.TC and FC have a significant or extremely significant positive correlation with most indicators.The average removal rates of TC and FC are 84.77% and 84.63% respectively during the operation of the device.There is also a positive correlation between TC and FC with other environmental indicators.It is indicated that the device can effectively remove the pathogens from domestic wastewater in the northwest region with good operating effects.
