摘 要:为了明确SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)开发的剩余油分布规律及挖潜方法,通过机理分析将SAGD开发时的剩余油划分为重力滞留型、夹层阻挡型和隔层隔档型;采用3组两两对照室内三维物理实验,模拟了3种情况下的基础井网SAGD开发和加密井网的开发效果,使用增量分析法明确了求取不同类型剩余油的关键参数。研究结果表明,可通过常规的井间单支加密采油井开发重力滞留型剩余油,通过夹层上部加密注气井驱泄复合的形式挖潜夹层阻挡型剩余油,通过隔层上部单支采油井蒸汽吞吐方式开发隔层隔档型剩余油;理想状况下常规SAGD的蒸汽腔极限扩展角度约为12°,蒸汽绕过夹层向上扩展的极限动用角度为18.5°,通过单支水平采油井挖潜时,隔层上部可动油储量采收率为44.7%。研究结果对SAGD开发油砂油藏生产中后期调整挖潜定量决策具有积极意义。In order to clarify the residual oil distribution law SAGD(Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage)development oil sands and the tapping method,the remaining oil was divided into three types,which are gravity-retention type,interlayer-resisted type,and barrier-isolated type by mechanism analysis.The 3D physical experiment with three groups of pairwise wells in laboratory was used to simulate the development effects under the basic well pattern and infill well pattern of SAGD in three cases,and the critical parameters of different remaining oil types were determined by incremental analysis method.The results showed that the gravity-retained residual oil could be developed through the conventional inter wells infilling a single producer,the interlayer-resisted residual oil could be tapped through the flooding-drainage combination with infilling steam injectors over the interlayer,and the barrier-isolated one could be developed by single steam huff and puff wells over barriers.Ideally,the spread angle limit of steam chambers in conventional SAGD is about 12°,and 18.5°when the steam expands upward over the interlayers,and the recovery of movable oil reserves over the barriers is 44.7%when tapping them through a single horizontal producer.The research results have positive significance for the quantitative decision-making of adjusting plans in the middle-later stage of SAGD development.
