摘  要:在感潮河道使用H-ADCP进行流量测验时,代表流速对测验精度具有较大影响。为进一步提高流量测验精度,以黄浦江三和水文站为例,采用区间均值法和权重系数法分别计算代表流速,并以涨、落潮代表流速关系最优为目标,分别构建多目标优化模型以选出最优的代表流速。采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法和TOPSIS法对模型进行求解,并对结果进行了关系线检验及精度分析。结果表明:基于两种方法建立的涨、落潮代表流速关系线的系统误差和随机不确定度均满足三类精度站的定线精度要求。但是,相较于区间均值法,基于权重系数法求解的目标函数值整体上更小,且系统误差和随机不确定度均更小。因此,在感潮河道使用H-ADCP时,建议选用权重系数法计算涨、落潮代表流速。The representative flow velocity had a significant influence on the measurement accuracy when using H-ADCP for flow measurement on tidal river.In order to further improve the accuracy of flow measurement,the interval averaging method and the weight coefficient method were used to calculate the representative flow velocity,taking Sanhe Hydrological Station on the Huangpu River as an example.The multi-objective optimization model was constructed to select the optimal representative flow velocity,which used the best fitting effect of VI-VC relation curve of rising and falling tides as objectives.We solved the model by using NSGA-II genetic algorithm and TOPSIS method,inspected VI-VC relation curve,and analyzed its accuracy.The results showed that both systematical error and random uncertainty of VI-VC relation curve of rising and falling tides calculated by two methods could meet the accuracy requirements of the third-level-accuracy hydrological station.The objective function values,systematical error and random uncertainty calculated using the weight coefficient method were smaller overall,compared with the interval averaging method.When using the H-ADCP on the tidal river,the weight coefficient method to calculate the representative flow velocity of rising and falling tides was suggested.
