摘  要:为了提升高层装配式建筑环氧树脂防水胶的耐腐蚀性与粘接强度,降低固化收缩率,对高层装配式建筑环氧树脂防水胶进行耐高温性能试验分析。采用分数阶微积分理论的方法构建环氧树脂粘弹性流变本构模型,在时间-温度等效原理的基础上,分析环氧树脂分子链活性和速度情况。环氧树脂防水胶力学性能测试结果表明,温度升高时环氧树脂防水胶的拉伸强度下降,断裂伸长率上升,拉伸弹模减小,拉伸蠕变提高、拉伸剪切强度降低。温度对环氧树脂防水胶具有一定的影响,其耐高温性能越好,实用效果越强。In order to improve the corrosion resistance and bond strength of epoxy resin waterproof adhesive for high-rise prefabricated buildings,and reduce the curing shrinkage,the high temperature performance of epoxy resin waterproof adhesive for high-rise prefabricated buildings was experimentally analyzed.The viscoelastic rheological constitutive model of epoxy resin was constructed by fractional calculus theory,and the molecular chain activity and speed of epoxy resin were analyzed on the basis of time-temperature equivalence principle.The mechanical performance test results of epoxy resin waterproof adhesive showed that the tensile strength of epoxy resin waterproof adhesive decreased,the tensile creep increased,and the tensile shear strength decreased when the temperature rise.The temperature had a certain influence on epoxy resin waterproof adhesive,and the better the high temperature performance,the stronger the practical effect was.
