摘　　要：为了提升医院后勤保障器具用胶粘剂的使用性能,对不同温度保温条件下胶粘剂的亚胺化程度进行了观察,分析了反应介质、反应时间和固含量对胶粘剂试件室温剪切强度的影响。结果表明,胶粘剂红外光谱图中可见1375、1776、1726 cm^(-1)位置处的C—N伸缩振动峰、双羧基对称伸缩振动吸收峰和双羧基不对称伸缩振动吸收峰。随着温度的升高,不同特征峰位置处胶粘剂的亚胺化程度ID值都呈现逐渐升高的趋势;在相同反应时间下,温度越高则胶粘剂亚胺化程度ID值越大。胶粘剂适宜的反应介质为NMP、反应时间为12 h、固含量为25%,此时,胶粘剂试件室温剪切强度最大,约为11.8 MPa。In order to improve the performance of adhesives for hospital logistics equipment,the degree of imidization of adhesives under different temperature insulation conditions was observed,and the effects of reaction medium,reaction time and solid content on room temperature shear strength of adhesive specimens were analyzed.The results showed that the C—N stretching vibration peak,dicarboxylic symmetric stretching vibration absorption peak,and dicarboxylic asymmetric stretching vibration absorption peak could be seen in the infrared spectra of the adhesive at positions of 1375 cm^(-1),1776 cm^(-1),and 1726 cm^(-1).With the increase of temperature,the imidization degree ID value of the adhesive at different characteristic peak positions showed a gradually increasing trend.Under the same reaction time,the higher the temperature,the greater the imidization degree ID value of the adhesive.The appropriate reaction medium for the adhesive was NMP,the reaction time was 12 h,and the solid content was 25%.At this time,the room temperature shear strength of the adhesive specimen was the largest,about 11.8 MPa.
