摘  要:在全民健身理念与健身活动深入开展的趋势下,体育相关产业实现了高速发展,特别是体育器材设计加工日新月异,高度契合了人们的体育锻炼需求。作为体育器材领域的关键材料,碳纤维也在实时创新变革,以弥补塑料器材的性能缺陷,为改善优化体育器材整体性能,需有效发挥碳纤维材料粘接力。据此,分析了体育器材用碳纤维材料的粘接工艺,并进一步阐释了碳纤维材料综合性能,以期能够为体育器材性能改善提供可参考依据。Under the trend of deepening the concept of national fitness and carrying out fitness activities,the sports related industry has achieved rapid development,especially the rapidly changing design and processing of sports equipment,which highly meets people s physical exercise needs.As a key material in the field of sports equipment,carbon fiber is also undergoing real-time innovation and transformation to overcome the performance limitations of plastic equipment.In order to improve and optimize the overall performance of sports equipment,it is necessary to effectively enhance the bonding strength of carbon fiber materials.Based on this,a detailed analysis of the bonding process of carbon fiber materials for sports equipment was provided,and the comprehensive properties of carbon fiber materials was reviewed,in order to provide a reference basis for improving the performance of sports equipment.
