摘  要:研究建筑高性能复合保温板聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接性能。制备预聚体,将其与多种环保材料结合,采用聚合法制备聚氨酯胶粘剂;利用制备完成的聚氨酯胶粘剂,粘接2块建筑高性能复合保温板,测试该胶粘剂在不同热压机热压时长作用下,预聚体不同用量以及催化剂掺量变化下粘接复合保温板的性能。结果表明,延长热压机的热压时长至10.5 min,增加预聚体用量为15%,选择0.05%用量的二月桂酸二丁基锡(DT)催化剂,能够获得粘接性能较好的建筑高性能复合保温板聚氨酯胶粘剂。The bonding performance of polyurethane adhesive in high-performance composite insulation boards for buildings was studied.The prepolymer was prepared by combining it with various environmental friendly materials and using polymerization method to prepare polyurethane adhesives.The prepared polyurethane adhesive was used to bond two high-performance composite insulation boards,and the performance of the bonded composite insulation board was tested under the different hot pressing time of hot press machine,different prepolymer dosage and catalyst dosage.The results showed that by extending the hot pressing time of the hot press machine to 10.5 min,increasing the amount of prepolymer to 15%,and choosing 0.05%dosage of dibutyltin dilaurate(DT)catalyst,a high-performance polyurethane adhesive for building composite insulation boards with good bonding performance can be obtained.
