摘　　要：针对传统水凝胶的强粘连性和强刺激性,导致创面易留疤痕的问题,提出一种防粘连水凝胶,并对其性能和护理应用效果进行表征。结果表明:制备的防粘连水凝胶防粘连、自愈合性能和透水汽性皆表现良好,具备较好的细胞相容性,未出现明显的细胞毒性和溶血现象,具有较优的凝血效果;生物学试验表明,防粘连水凝胶(SR-AA)只对皮肤出现轻微的刺激反应,能有效促进烧伤伤口的愈合,避免疤痕的出现,表现出较好的愈合性能。In view of the strong adhesion and irritation of traditional hydrogels,which easily causes scarring of wounds,a new self-regulating anti adhesion hydrogel dressing for burn wound was proposed,and its performance and nursing application effect are characterized.The results showed that the self-regulating anti-adhesion hydrogel had good anti-adhesion,self-healing and water vapor permeability properties,good cell compatibility,no obvious cytotoxicity and hemolysis,and excellent hemostatic effect.Biological tests showed that the self-regulating anti-adhesion hydrogel(SR-AA)only had a mild irritation to the skin,effectively promoted the healing of burn wounds,avoided the appearance of scars,and showed a good healing performance.
