摘 要:为研究不同岩性粗骨料对高强泵送混凝土性能的影响,利用片麻岩、石灰岩、玄武岩和辉绿岩4种岩性粗骨料配制了C70和C902种强度等级混凝土,并开展了对比试验研究。结果表明,4种岩性骨料在试验配合比下均能保持良好的工作状态;混凝土的力学强度和体积稳定性与骨料吸水率有关,吸水率越高,混凝土的力学强度越低,干燥收缩性越大;C90孔径分布范围较C70小,辉绿岩和玄武岩混凝土孔径主要分布在5~10 nm,片麻岩和石灰岩混凝土孔径主要分布在10~100 nm;辉绿岩骨料相比其他3种骨料,混凝土浆体的连续性和致密性更好。In order to study the influence of different lithology coarse aggregate on the performance of high-strength pumped concrete,two strength grades of concrete C70 and C90 were prepared by using four lithology coarse aggregates,namely gneiss,limestone,basalt and diabase,and comparative tests were carried out.The results showed that all four types of lithological aggregates maintained good working conditions under the experimental mix ratio.The mechanical strength and volume stability of concrete wererelated to the water absorption of aggregate,the higher the water absorption,the lower the mechanical strength of concrete,and the greater the drying shrinkage.The pore size distribution range of C90 was smaller than that of C70,the pore size of diabase and basalt concrete was mainly 5~10 nm,and the pore size of gneiss and limestone concrete was mainly 10~100 nm.Compared with the other three aggregates,diabase aggregate hadbetter continuity and compactness of concrete slurry.
