摘 要:针对矿用电缆的拆卸搬运存放技术对电缆老化和损坏的影响,提出以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基体,KH-570型硅烷偶联剂改性SiO_(2)纳米粉为导热填料,丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(PE-g-GMA)为相容剂制备一种性能更好的矿用电缆材料。试验结果表明,材料各性能随KH-570型偶联剂含量的增加先升后降,最佳KH-570掺量为0.6%;PE-g-GMA可以增强材料综合性能,最佳PE-g-GMA含量为3%;在老化试验后,以最佳掺量制备的LDPE复合电缆材料拉伸强度为15.6 MPa,弯曲强度为13.9 MPa,击穿电压为33.4 kV/mm,导热系数为0.698 W/(m·K),材料综合性能依然较好。试验制备的LDPE复合电缆材料具备良好的综合性能。In view of the influence of disassembly,handling and storage technology of mine cables on the aging and damage of cables,a mine cable material with better performance was prepared by using low density polyethylene(LDPE)as matrix,KH-570 silane coupling agent modified SiO_(2) nano powder as thermal conductive filler,and glycidyl methacrylate(PE-g-GMA)as compatibilizer.The experimental results showed that the properties of the material first increased and then decreased with the increase of the content of KH-570 coupling agent,and the optimal content of KH-570 was 0.6%;PE-g-GMA enhanced the comprehensive properties of the material,and the optimal PE-g-GMA content was 3%;After the aging test,the tensile strength,flexural strength,breakdown voltage,and thermal conductivity of the LDPE composite cable material prepared with the optimal dosage were 15.6 MPa,13.9 MPa,33.4 kV/mm,and 0.698 W/(m·K),respectively.The overall performance of the material was still good.The LDPE composite cable materials prepared in this test have good mechanical properties.
