摘  要:关节软骨因结构特殊导致损伤后自身修复较为困难。干细胞易于分离、增殖,且免疫原性低,在再生医学领域尤其在软骨缺损的修复中逐步得到应用。间充质干细胞、胚胎干细胞及诱导多能干细胞等通过干细胞植入与组织工程支架等技术相结合,能够促进骨与软骨的修复,在软骨重建中发挥重要作用。本文从干细胞对软骨修复作用角度,分析了不同种类干细胞在关节软骨修复中的优势、问题以及局限性,以期对干细胞再生技术修复软骨起到理论指导作用。Articular cartilage is difficult to repair itself after injury due to its special structure.Stem cells are easy to isolate,proliferate and have low immunogenicity,they are gradually put into use in the field of regenerative medicine,especially in the repair of cartilage defects.Multiple types of stem cells,including mesenchymal stem cells,embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells,can promote the repair of bone and cartilage and play an important role in cartilage reconstruction by combining stem cell implantation with tissue engineering scaffolds and other technologies.This article analyzes the advantages,problems,and limitations of different types of stem cells in cartilage repair from the perspective of their role in cartilage repair,in order to provide theoretical guidance for stem cell regeneration technology in cartilage repair.
