摘 要:为了提升钢丝绳损伤检测精度,提出了一种永磁环励磁设计方法。采用轴向环形永磁磁铁励磁环结构,利用等效磁路理论分析了磁铁长度、厚度、径向气隙和倒角参数对检测精度及磁化均匀性的影响。使用正交试验设计方法设计了磁铁长度、厚度、径向气隙和倒角参数等因素对励磁效果影响的研究方案,利用方差分析方法确定了励磁装置的主要影响参数。仿真结果表明,所提的励磁装置设计能够均匀磁化钢丝绳,产生的磁场强度为3.03 T,损伤部分的漏磁信号特征及不同相位下的损伤信号差异明显,摆振对检测效果影响较小。与有关方法相比,所提设计的钢丝绳损伤检测方法精度较高。In order to improve the precision of wire rope damage detection,a permanent magnet ring excitation design method is proposed.The axial annular permanent magnet excitation ring structure is adopted,and the influence of magnet length,thickness,radial air gap and chamfer parameters on the detection accuracy and magnetization uniformity is analyzed by the equivalent magnetic circuit theory.With the orthogonal experimental design method,the research scheme for the impact that length,thickness,radial air gap and the chamfer parameters of the magnet has on the excitation is designed,and the main influencing parameters of the excitation device are determined by the analysis of variance.Simulation results show that the proposed design of the excitation device is able to magnetize the wire rope uniformly,and produce a magnetic field strength of 3.03 T.The characteristics of the leakage signals in the damaged part and the differences of the damage signals in different phases are obvious,and the pendulum vibration has little influence on the detection.Compared with the relevant methods,the detection accuracy of the proposed design for the wire rope damage is higher.
