摘 要:为了改善信息通信技术(Information and Communication Technology,ICT)制造业多链协同过程中科技成果转化不畅、产业化发展水平较低的问题,对ICT制造业创新生态系统进行研究。依据创新生态系统理论,构建多链协同视角下ICT制造业创新生态系统,从系统稳定性、健康性和价值增值能力等3个维度,设计ICT制造业创新生态系统评价指标体系,并运用熵值法进行测度。实证结果表明:中国29个省(自治区、直辖市)的ICT制造业创新生态系统综合水平较低,存在空间异质性,且东部地区高于中西部地区;ICT制造业创新生态系统综合发展必须依靠稳定性、健康性和价值增值能力等子系统的相互协调与配合。In order to solve the problems of poor transformation of scientific and technological achievements and low level of industrialization development in the process of multi-chain synergy of China’s information and communication technology(ICT)manufacturing industry,research on the ICT manufacturing innovation ecosystem is performed.ICT manufacturing innovation ecosystem in the perspective of multi-chain collaboration is constructed based on the theory of innovation ecosystem.The innovation ecosystem evaluation index system is designed from three dimensions of system stability,healthiness and value-added capacity,and the entropy method is applied for evaluation.The empirical results indicate that the comprehensive level of the ICT manufacturing innovation ecosystem in the 29 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central government)of China is relatively low,with spatial heterogeneity,and the comprehensive level of eastern region is higher than that of the central and western regions.It is essential for the ICT manufacturing industry to prioritize coordination and cooperation among subsystems,particularly in terms of stability,health and value-added capabilities.
