摘 要:为解决传统触屏玻璃运存装置运存效率不足的技术难题,设计了一种新型的高效触屏玻璃运存装置。基于发明问题解决理论(theory of inventive problem solving,TRIZ)开展了触屏玻璃运存装置的结构创新设计和优化,通过九屏幕法、组件功能分析及因果分析得出了导致现有触屏玻璃装置运存效率不足的根本原因,并综合运用技术矛盾法、物理矛盾法以及物-场模型法得出新型的触屏玻璃运存装置的解决方案;进而结合ANSYS/Workbench有限元分析软件开展了关键部件传送带夹板的有限元校核分析及多目标优化设计,实现了传送带夹板的轻量化设计,并搭建了实物样机,开展了样机性能试验。结果表明:基于TRIZ理论创新设计的触屏玻璃运存装置,运行稳定、次品率低,存储效率可达720片/h,为人工效率的2倍以上,且合格率相对人工提高2.2%,达到生产企业的技术要求,为触屏玻璃生产线的智能化和无人化奠定了装备基础。In order to solve the technical problem of insufficient storage efficiency of traditional touch-screen glass storage device,a new high-efficiency touch-screen glass storage device was designed.Based on theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ),the innovative design and optimization of the structure for touch screen glass storage device were carried out.The root cause of insufficient storage efficiency of existing touch screen glass device was obtained through the nine-screen method,component function analysis and cause-and-effect analysis,and the solution for novel touch screen glass storage device was obtained by the comprehensive use of technical contradiction method,the physical contradiction method and the matter-field model method.Then,combined with ANSYS/Workbench finite element analysis software,the finite element check analysis and multi-objective optimization design of the key components of the conveyor belt splint were carried out,the lightweight design of the conveyor belt splint was realized,and the prototype was built and the prototype performance test was carried out.The results show that the touch screen glass storage device based on TRIZ has stable operation,low defect rate,storage efficiency up to 720 pieces per hour,which is more than two times of the manual efficiency,and the qualified rate is 2.2%higher than that of the manual.It meets the technical requirements of the production enterprises,and lays the equipment foundation for the intelligent and unmanned touch screen glass production line.
