摘 要:为了给装备试验考核提供技术参考,研究前起落架收放系统在飞机起降过程中的动态特性,以某型飞机前起落架收放系统为研究对象,建立起落架虚拟样机三维仿真模型;通过多体动力学和有限元仿真分析方法,研究收放系统在气动载荷、重力以及作动筒载荷耦合作用下的可靠性和安全性。结果表明:起落架收放系统的各个铰接点受力合理,其强度、刚度、模态频率以及稳定性满足相关指标。通过对起落架的仿真分析,为后续武器装备的考核提供切入点和重点关注点,也为起落架收放系统性能评估及参数鉴定和优化提供技术参考。The nose landing gear retractable system of a certain type of military aircraft as the research object was use to provide a technical reference for the test assessment and performance appraisal of weapons and equipment,and to study the dynamic characteristics of the nose landing gear retractable system during the take-off and landing process of the aircraft,the nose landing gear retractable.A landing gear three-dimensional simulation model of the virtual prototype was use to study the reliability and safety of the retractable system under the coupling action of aerodynamic load,gravity and actuator load through multi-body dynamics and finite element simulation analysis methods.The results show that the forces on each hinge point of the landing gear retractable system are reasonable,and its strength,stiffness,modal frequency and stability meet the relevant indicators.Through the simulation analysis of the landing gear,it provides an entry point and key focus for the subsequent assessment of weapons and equipment,and also provides a technical reference for the performance evaluation and parameter identification and optimization of the landing gear retractable and retractable system.
