摘  要:飞机强度验证试验中,为保证集中大质量结构扣重的准确性,提高卸压安全性,基于弹簧系统提出了一种新的飞机结构扣重技术。解决了作动器扣重方式卸压后扣重载荷消失以及反配重扣重方式摩擦力使扣重量值不够准确两项技术难点问题。通过验证试验对该扣重装置进行测试,结果表明:弹簧刚度数据与设计预期吻合良好;试验状态,载荷施加正常;卸压时刻,试验载荷和扣重载荷转换平稳;停机状态,扣重载荷施加准确。成功应用于某型飞机疲劳试验发动机假件扣重,实现了飞机集中大质量结构试验状态和停机状态的准确扣重,同时降低了卸压瞬间载荷冲击。In the aircraft strength verification test,a novel technology of aircraft weight deduction based on spring system was proposed in order to ensure the accuracy of weight deduction and improve the safety of oil pressure relief.This technology resolved two technical issues of the weight deduction loading disappeared after oil pressure relief by hydraulic actuator and the weight deduction was not accurate enough due to the friction force of bob weight.The weight deduction device based on spring system verification test results show that the spring stiffness data agreed well with the design expectation,the application of load in the test state is normal,the transition between test loading and weight deduction loading in the moment of oil pressure relief is stable,the weight deduction loading in the shutdown state is accurate.It is successfully applied to the weight deduction of the replacement engine in the fatigue test of a certain type of aircraft,realizing the accurate weight deduction of the concentrated mass structure in the test state and the shutdown state,and reducing the load impact at the moment of oil pressure relief.
