摘 要:为了高效地对锕系核素污染分析废液进行处理,为同时含有锕系核素及有机物的废水的处理提供指导,提出Fenton-铁氧体一步处理工艺,首先对该方法的配方进行了优化,然后探究了pH、温度对处理时间及处理效果的影响,最后验证该方法对不同活度废液的适应性。结果表明:将FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O和H_(2)O_(2)的添加比例控制在3∶1,可在一步工艺中实现了Fenton氧化和铁氧体共沉淀,同时完成破络和核素去除。在废液与FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O之比小于等于1 L∶1.85 g的条件下,该方法对总α比活度在10~2~10~7Bq/L量级范围的锕系核素污染废液均有较强的适应性,净化系数均超过100。当共沉淀pH与温度增加时,处理效果、效率均随之提升,沉淀物体积也进一步降低。可见相较于公开报道的Fenton氧化、铁氧体共沉淀两步处理工艺,所提出的一步工艺可明显减少处理过程中的铁泥沉淀量,简化操作步骤,更适合放射性操作环境。In order to efficiently treat the wastewater from actinides analysis and provide guidance for the treatment of wastewater containing both actinides and organic matter,a one-step Fenton-ferrite treatment process was proposed.Firstly,the formula of the method was optimized,and then the effects of pH and temperature on treatment time and treatment efficiency were explored.Finally,the adaptability of the method to different radioactive activity waste liquids was verified.The results show that the Fenton oxidation and ferrite coprecipitation can be realized in one step by controlling the addition ratio of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2) O and H_(2) O_(2) at 3∶1,and at the same time,the complex breaking and nuclide removal can be completed.When the ratio of wastewater to FeSO_(4)·7H_(2) O no more than 1 L∶1.85 g,this method has strong adaptability to actinides wastewater with specificα-radioactivity in the range of 102~107 Bq/L and the purification coefficient is more than 100.When the pH and temperature of coprecipitation increase,the treatment effect and efficiency will be improved,and the sediment volume will also be further reduced.It can be seen that compared with the publicly reported Fenton oxidation and ferrite coprecipitation two-step treatment process,the proposed one-step process can significantly reduce the amount of iron sludge precipitation in the treatment process,simplify the operation steps,and is more suitable for the radioactive operating environment.
