摘 要:以深圳市春风隧道穿越既有大滩大厦与海关员工宿舍楼2、3栋建筑群为背景,采用数值分析与现场监测相结合的方法,对盾构隧道施工过程中既有建筑群的变形进行了分析,探讨了其主要影响区的范围和沉降变形量。研究结果表明,数值分析能够较好地反映盾构隧道施工对邻近建筑群的影响;现场监测结果显示,在袖阀管注浆地层加固后盾构掘进对建筑物沉降(隆起)的影响范围为建筑物前后各40 m左右,既有建筑群在盾构掘进过程中沉降(隆起)最大值均满足控制值的要求;袖阀管预注浆加固对桩体位移和既有建筑群沉降具有明显的控制作用。Based on Chunfeng Tunnel through existing Datan Building and No.2 and No.3 Customs staff dormitory buildings in Shenzhen,the deformation of these old buildings were analyzed during shield tunnel construction process by combining numerical analysis with on-site monitoring.The main impact area scope and settlement deformation volume were discussed.The research results show that the numerical analysis can better reflect the impact;The field monitoring results show that the impact area of shield tunneling on the settlement(uplift)of buildings is about 40 m before and behind the buildings after the reinforcement of the sleeve raft pipe grouting stratum.The maximum settlement(uplift)value meets the requirements of the control value.That sleeve valve pipe pre-grouting reinforcement has obvious control effect on pile displacement and building group settlement.
