摘 要:栓钉剪力连接件是组合结构中保证组合效应不可或缺的关键部件,在使用过程中总是同时使用多个栓钉连接件。因此,为研究栓钉群钉效应作用时的不均匀系数与抗剪性能,采用Ansys APDL进行参数分析,改变栓钉的间距和钢板厚度,以?22 mm栓钉群钉为研究对象。此外,为研究栓钉群钉的损伤后行为,设置不同间距,分别减小栓钉端部、中部、尾部的有效截面。计算结果表明,由于摩擦力的存在,与单钉相比,只要是多钉的推出试验,都会存在抗剪性能下降的情况,并不全是受群钉效应影响;弹性阶段不均匀剪力演高度呈月牙状,但是随着间距减小,塑性阶段不均匀剪力由月牙状向线形转变,端部的不均匀系数不断降低,尾部的不均匀系数提升,沿高度最大不均匀系数差异接近10%;弹性阶段钢板厚度改变时,不均匀系数仅发生5%变化,塑性阶段约1%,相比于栓钉间距,钢板厚度对不均匀系数的影响有限;栓钉的平均抗剪承载力随栓钉间距变化呈指数关系,栓钉的平均抗剪刚度随间距变化呈线性关系,间距越密集,平均抗剪承载力和平均抗剪刚度越低,拟合公式与计算结果吻合,相关系数均大于0.9;栓钉间距与直径比值大于6.8时,抗剪性能变化已不显著;对于越密集的栓钉群,削弱尾部的栓钉会带来更不利的抗剪性能退化情况。The shear stud is indispensable in composite structures,which plays a role in ensuring the full play of the composite behavior.Multiple studs are always used at the same time.Therefore,in order to study the uneven coefficient and shear performance of grouped studs,Ansys APDL was used for parametric analysis through changing the spacing of studs and the thickness of steel plates.The shear stud with the diameter of 22 mm was chosen as the research object.In addition,the post-damaged behavior of the grouped studs is studied through setting different distances of the studs and reducing the effective section on at the end,middle and tail of the stud,respectively.The results show that due to the existence of friction,as long as multiple studs are used,there will be a decrease in shear performance,which is not only affected by the group effect.The distribution of uneven shear force along the height in the elastic stage is like crescent.However,with the decrease of stud spacing,the crescent transforms to the line in the plastic stage.Meanwhile,the uneven coefficient at the end decreases and coefficient at the tail increases.Along the height,the maximum difference is 10%approximately.In the elastic stage,when the thickness of the steel plate changes,the coefficient variates within 5%as well as 1%in the plastic stage.Compared with the effect of the stud spacing,the thickness of the steel plate plays limited role on the non-uniformity coefficient.The average bearing capacity of studs has an exponential relationship with the variation of the stud spacing,and the average shear stiffness of the studs has a linear relationship with the variation of the spacing.The closer the spacing,the lower the average shear bearing capacity and average shear stiffness.The correlation coefficients of the fitted equations are greater than 0.9.When the ratio of the stud spacing to the diameter is greater than 6.8,the shear performance is hardly affected by the stud spacing.As for denser studs,weakening studs at the tail will bring more unfavora
