降低眶壁骨折患者术后并发症发生率的品管圈实践

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈降活动低眶壁骨折患者术后并发症发生率的效果。方法开展问题解决型品管圈活动,通过现状分析、原因分析、制定了针对性对策并予以实施,包括:①设计一种新型眼科加压包扎装置;②开展3D全方位教学管理模式,做到精准教学、精确管理、精细护理、精湛技术等四个“精”;③运用冷疗法制作一种眼科多用冰敷包,减轻肿胀;④设计一款多功能半卧位防滑护垫等。结果实施品管圈活动后,眶壁骨折患者术后并发症的发生率较实施前下降。结论品管圈活动能有效降低眶壁骨折患者术后并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with orbital wall fracture.Meth⁃ods The problem-solving QCC method was adopted to investigate the current status and factors of postoperative complications in patients with orbital wall fracture.Targeted nursing interven⁃tions were carried out as follows:A modified method ophthalmic pressure bandaging had been used;the three-dimensional teaching management model consisting of precision teaching,preci⁃sion management;fine nursing and exquisite technique;A multipurpose ice pack had been de⁃signed to relieve the swelling;A multipurpose semi-reclining position non-slip pad had been de⁃signed.Results The incidence of postoperative complications was decreased after implementa⁃tion of QCC activities.Conclusion The QCC activity is effective to reduce the incidence of post⁃operative complications in patients with orbital wall fracture.
