摘　　要：本文总结1例睾丸内注射氯化钙致睾丸坏死行手术切除的患者的护理经验。术前完善检查、备皮、心理辅导,术后做好留置尿管护理、伤口观察、个体化疼痛管理、引流管护理,以及预防阴茎、阴囊肿胀等并发症护理,促进患者伤口预后。This paper summarized the nursing of a patient undergoing orchidectomy for testic⁃ular necrosis caused by injection of calcium chloride.Nurse had enhanced the medical examina⁃tion,skin preparation and psychological consultation before operation.Comprehensive nursing in⁃terventions such as indwelling catheter maintenance,wound care,individualized pain control,management of drainage tube and prevention of swelling of the penis were carried out to improve the postoperative recovery of the patient.
