摘  要:为提高胶粒储罐的使用寿命和搅拌效果,采用Fluent仿真软件模拟罐内流场情况,分析挡板对储液流动的影响,并对挡板结构进行优化.仿真结果表明,优化后挡板最大压力降低58%,其承受压力、抵挡应变、增加稳定性的能力符合生产要求,对抑制自由液面的波动也起到良好作用;间隙的存在一定程度上可以改善挡板反面死区的流场环境;贴板、肋板的存在使挡板更加稳定,有效避免了因挡板形变导致与罐体连接处焊缝产生撕裂的现象;储罐压力下沉、搅拌回漩下沉至6000 mm处,可以使介质充分混合.To enhance the service life and mixing effectiveness of the granular rubber storage tank,this study employs Fluent simulation software to analyze the flow field within the tank and investigate the impact of the baffle on fluid flow.The findings indicate that the optimized baffle design results in a 58%reduction in maximum pressure,with its ability to withstand pressure,resist strain,and enhance stability aligning with production requirements.It also plays a good role in suppressing the fluctuation of the free liquid surface,The presence of gaps can ameliorate the flow field conditions in the"dead zone"on the reverse side of the baffle to a certain extent.The incorporation of stickers and ribs augments the stability of the baffle,effectively preventing weld seam tearing at the tank connection due to baffle deformation.Additionally,the adjustments enable the tank pressure and stirring vortex to sink to 6000 mm,facilitating a more thorough mixing of the medium.
