摘 要:为了研究矿用钢筋焊接网支护刚度特性,运用正交试验设计了以钢筋直径、钢筋网网格边长、钢筋型号为主的3因素3水平矿用钢筋焊接网支护刚度试验,采用方差分析及多元回归分析等方法,研究了钢筋直径A、钢筋网网格边长B、钢筋型号C 3个因素对矿用钢筋焊接网支护刚度的影响。结果表明:矿用钢筋焊接网支护刚度为102.5~156.3 kN/m,3种因素对支护刚度影响排序为A>C>B,表明钢筋直径是影响支护刚度最主要的因素;拟合了3种因素对支护刚度的函数关系式,发现钢筋焊接网支护刚度与A呈二项式函数关系,与B呈三角函数关系,与C呈指数函数关系。In order to study the support stiffness characteristics of the welded mesh for mining rebars,the orthogonal test was used to design the support stiffness experiment of the welded mesh for mining rebars with 3 factors and 3 levels,mainly including the diameter of rebars,the mesh side length of rebar mesh and the type of rebars.The variance analysis and multiple regression analysis were used.The influences of three factors,namely rebar diameter A,mesh side length B and rebar type C,on the support stiffness of welded mesh for mine rebars were studied.The results show that the support stiffness of welded mesh is in the range of 102.5-156.3 kN/m,and the influence of three factors on the support stiffness is in the order of A>C>B,indicating that reinforcement diameter is the most important factor affecting support stiffness.It is found that the support stiffness of welded steel mesh has a binomial function relationship with A,a trigonometric function relationship with B,and an exponential function relationship with C.
