摘　　要：该文通过深入研究我国城市中蓬勃发展的约跑族现象,着重分析其参与的动机影响因素。在研究的过程中,通过对不同城市、年龄层、职业背景等群体的约跑行为进行系统调查和分析,揭示了健康、社交、城市文化等多方面的动机,旨在为全面了解与把握约跑族的发展现状,了解参与者的参与动机,并制定有效的发展对策,为促进其保持良好的参与习惯与动机,提供支持与保障。This paper focuses on analyzing the influence factors of their participation motivation through in-depth research on the thriving"Running Family"phenomenon in Chinese cities.During the research process,through the systematic investigation and analysis of the"running"behavior of the groups of different cities,ages and occupational backgrounds,various motivations such as health,social interaction and urban culture are revealed.The aim is to comprehensively understand and grasp the development status of the"Running Family",understand the participation motivation of participants and formulate effective development countermeasures,so as to provide support and guarantee for promoting their good participation habits and motivations.
