体育参与助推随迁老人社会融入探索

摘　　要：体育参与有助于促进随迁老人的社会融入,对于促进健康老龄化具有重要的现实意义。该文运用文献资料法和调查法,分析了随迁老人的体育参与形式及促进随迁老人社会融入的作用机制和驱动模式。研究认为,随迁老人的体育参与涵盖个体参与、家庭参与和社团参与等形式,体育参与促进随迁老人社会融入的作用机制包括心理融入、生活融入和文化融入,驱动模式包括血缘驱动、地缘驱动和趣缘驱动,建议家庭成员、居民小区和社会组织加强对随迁老人体育参与的支持。Sports participation can promote the social integration of the accompanying elderly,which is of practical significance for promoting healthy aging.Using the methods of literature and investigation,this paper analyzes the forms of sports participation of the accompanying elderly and the mechanisms of action and driving modes of promoting the social integration of the accompanying elderly.The study believes that the sports participation of the accompanying elderly includes individual participation,family participation,community participation and other forms,the mechanisms of action of sports participation promoting the social integration of the accompanying elderly include psychological integration,life integration and cultural integration,and that driving modes include consanguineous driving,geographical driving and interest driving.It is suggested that family members,residential communities and social organizations should strengthen support for the sports participation of the accompanying elderly.
