体育强国建设背景下运动员诚信缺失的原因分析与路径培养

摘　　要：体育强国建设背景下,运动员诚信对于推动体育事业健康发展具有重要意义。从当前运动员诚信缺失的兴奋剂问题、年龄造假问题和产品代言问题入手,从体育价值观念、体育职业道德和社会责任意识三方面分析运动员诚信缺失的原因。基于此,从树立“拿干净金牌”意识、升级运动员培养模式、培养体育职业道德、加快体育法治建设、完善舆论监督机制5个方面,提出运动员诚信的培养路径,旨在为研究学者提供有价值的参考。Under the building of a leading sporting nation,the construction of athletes'integrity is of great significance in promoting the healthy development of the sports cause.Starting from the current problems of the doping,age falsification and product endorsement in the lack of athletes'integrity,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of athletes'integrity from the three aspects of sports values,sports professional ethics and social responsibility awareness,and proposes the cultivation path of athletes'integrity from five aspects:establishing the consciousness of"winning clean gold medals",upgrading the training mode of athletes,cultivating sports professional ethics,accelerating the construction of sports rule of law and perfecting the mechanism of public opinion supervision,aiming at providing valuable references for research scholars.
