摘　　要：“两违”整治是国土空间规划管理的重点内容。面对精准赋能的现实需求,协同各技术优势,建立合理的“两违”常态化监测机制是构建长效控违的内在要求。以福清市为例,通过剖析该市多年“两违”工程项目的开展情况,探讨实施过程中存在的问题,以期进一步提高项目的管控流程和提升项目的综合效益,为今后同类项目的开展提供借鉴。To renovate the illegal land-use and construction which is the key content of national land space planning management.Facing the realistic needs of accurate empowerment,it is the internal requirement of constructing long-term violation control to establish reasonable normal monitoring mechanism of Two Violations in coordination with various technical advantages.In a case study of Fuqing City,this paper analyzes the development of the Two Violations engineering projects in the city for many years,summarizes the existing problems in the implementation process,in order to further improve the project control process and enhance the comprehensive benefits of the project,and provide reference for the development of similar projects in the future.
