摘  要:为准确识别输电线路覆冰运动状态,提出基于SSA-VMD和E-KL散度的覆冰导线振动数据降噪及状态识别的方法。首先利用微惯性测量组合(Micro Inertial Measurement Unit,MIMU)采集导线运动三轴加速度和三轴角速度原始振动数据,构建排列熵、包络熵和相关系数结合的适应度函数,利用麻雀搜索算法(Sparrow Search Algorithm,SSA)优化变分模态分解(Variational Mode Decomposition,VMD)参数。用优化后的变分模态分解方法将真实振动信号与噪声分离,选取真实振动信号重构信号,完成振动信号降噪预处理,并通过仿真实验验证降噪算法对覆冰导线振动数据的适用性。搭建覆冰导线模拟系统采集数据,降噪处理后计算导线各维能量,构建E-KL(Energy-Kullback Leibler Divergence)散度对覆冰导线状态识别,估计覆冰导线幅值和频率变异程度。实验结果表明可有效识别覆冰导线状态并进行幅频估计。In order to accurately identify the icing movement state of transmission lines,a method for noise reduction and state identifica-tion of icing conductor vibration data based on SSA-VMD and E-KL divergence is proposed.Firstly,the micro-inertia measurement unit(MIMU)is used to collect the original vibration data of the three-axis acceleration and three-axis angular velocity of the wire movement,and the fitness function of the combination of permutation entropy,envelope entropy and correlation coefficient is constructed.The parameters of the variational mode decomposition(VMD)are optimized by using sparrow search algorithm(SSA).The real vibration signal and noise are separated by using the optimized variational mode decomposition method.The real vibration signal is selected to reconstruct the signal,and the vibration signal denoising preprocessing is completed.The applicability of the denoising algorithm to the vibration data of icing conductor is verified by simulation experiments.The icing conductor simulation system is built to collect data,and the energy of each dimension of the conductor is calculated after noise reduction.The E-KL divergence is constructed to identify the state of icing conductor and estimate the amplitude and frequency variation of icing conductor.The experimental results show that the icing conductor state can be effectively identified and the amplitude-frequency estimation can be carried out.
