摘　　要：探讨ChatGPT应用在图书编校中的效果,为图书编校人员迎接人工智能的挑战提供参考。文章选择《图书编校质量差错案例》中的200条编校差错典型案例为测试文本,与ChatGPT的编校结果进行对比,测试ChatGPT的实际应用效果。研究结果发现:ChatGPT可以辅助纠正语法类、字词类、标点符号类和知识性错误,但其目前的应用表现一般,原因在于ChatGPT应用于图书编校上仍存在诸多局限,包括:使用受限;不能整本编校;编校质量良莠不齐且无法识别体例和格式问题;限于语言和文化的差异,可靠性和准确性低;润色修改过度。图书编校人员应主动拥抱技术迎接挑战,利用不断优化升级的人工智能工具为图书编校提质增效。The article explores the effectiveness of the application of ChatGPT in book editing and proofreading,so as to provide reference for book editors and proofreaders to face the challenges of artificial intelligence.This study selects 200 typical cases of editing and proofreading errors from the book"Cases of Book Editing and Proofreading Errors"as the test texts,and compares them with the editing results of ChatGPT to test the practical application effect of ChatGPT.The research finds that ChatGPT can assist in correcting grammar errors,word errors,punctuation errors,and knowledge errors,but its current application performance is mediocre.The reason is that there are still many limitations in applying ChatGPT to book editing and proofreading,including that the use is restricted;entire books are unable to be edited and proofreaded;the quality of editing and proofreading is varied greatly,and the issues of styles and formats are unable to be identified;the reliability and accuracy are lacked due to the language and cultural differences;polishing and modification are excessive.Book editors and proofreaders should actively embrace technology to meet challenges,and use the continuously optimized and upgraded artificial intelligence tools to improve the quality and efficiency of book editing and proofreading.
