摘　　要：1993年,美国学者塞缪尔·亨廷顿在《外交》杂志发表《文明的冲突?》一文,正式提出“文明冲突论”。在随后几十年里,这成为一个广泛讨论而又备受争议的话题。立足现实,人类的确分属不同地域、国家、种族,有着各具特色的历史传统、文化特征、生活方式。但文明之间的互动也十分复杂,兼具对话、冲突、彼此吸纳乃至融合等各种形式。In 1993,Samuel Huntington officially proposed The Clash of Civilizations,which became a widely discussed and controversial topic in the following decades.In the face of the unprecedented great changes in a century,contemplating the deep logic of the clash of civilizations and exploring reasonable ways of coexistence and mutual learning between different civilizations is not only a major theoretical issue,but also relates to the shaping of new forms of human civilization in the future.At the 3oth anniversary of the publication of The Clash of Civilizations,in order to promote relevant discussions and mutual learning among different civilizations,we invite scholars from relevant fields to hold a special seminar on the topic of"Civilization Exchange,Dialogue and Mutual Learning:Reflection on the 3Oth Anniversary of the Publication of The Clash of Civilizations".Professor Liu Debin pointed out that there are three major changes underway in international relations,namely the"reversal"of China-US relations,the formation of the"New West",and the emergence of the"Global South".Professor Zhong Weimin believes that since modern times,the conflict between religion and ideology has gradually become the main manifestation of civilization conflict.Institutions rely on civilization(culture,tradition)and are deeply influenced by it.In this sense,institutional construction of a country is deeply influenced by its historical development paths or cultural traditions.Professor Li Hongtu pointed out that civilization is not an essential existence,and its flow and changes should be seen from the perspective of historical evolution.Huntington's view of civilization is essentially a form of"civilization fundamentalism".Professor Yu Jinyao pointed out that the term"civilization"has complex connotations,and it is an imaginative community lacking a carrier,rather than a behavioral subject.The discourse of"clash of civilizations"cannot replace the fact of conflicts between national interests.Professor Zan Tao analyzed the dilemma and coping
