摘　　要：通过研读朱丹溪相关著作中腰痛的论述及现有研究成果,分析归纳朱丹溪治疗腰痛的理论及临证用方特色。在腰痛辨证论治中,朱丹溪重视脉象的重要作用,并认为肝脾肾尤其是肾与腰痛关系密切,其治疗腰痛依据不同的病因选取不同的方药,用方巧妙灵活,疗效显著。By studying the discussion of lumbago in ZHU Danxi's related works and the existing research results,this paper analyzes and summarizes the theory of ZHU Danxi in treating lumbago and characteristics of his clinical prescriptions.In the syndrome differentiation and treatment of lumbago,ZHU Danxi attached great importance to the role of pulse manifestation,and believed that the liver,spleen and kidney,especially the kidney,are closely related to lumbago.In his treatment of lumbago,he selected different prescriptions according to different etiology,and used them cleverly and flexibly,with significant curative effect.
