柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合耳部刮痧治疗围绝经期综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合耳部刮痧治疗围绝经综合征(肝郁肾虚证)的效果。方法:选取120例围绝经期综合征(肝郁肾虚证)患者,采用随机数字表法分为常规组、汤剂组、刮痧组、联合组4组,每组30例。常规组实施常规西医治疗,汤剂组给予常规西医+柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,刮痧组给予常规西医+耳部刮痧治疗,联合组给予常规西医+柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减+耳部刮痧治疗,均治疗3个月。评价4组临床疗效,比较4组治疗前后中医证候评分、血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:4组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组总有效率高于刮痧组和常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,4组主症、次症评分与总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);且治疗后联合组主症、次症评分与总分均低于其他3组(P<0.05),汤剂组均低于刮痧组和常规组(P<0.05),刮痧组低于刮痧组和常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,4组血清FSH、LH水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),联合组血清FSH、LH水平均低于其他3组(P<0.05),汤剂组均低于刮痧组和常规组(P<0.05),刮痧组均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,4组血清E_(2)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),联合组血清E2水平高于其他3组(P<0.05),汤剂组高于刮痧组和常规组(P<0.05),刮痧组高于常规组(P<0.05)。4组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联和耳部刮痧治疗围绝经期综合征均可减轻患者临床症状,改善血清性激素水平,前者作用优于后者,二者联用的作用更佳,且还可提升临床疗效。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy of Modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction combined with scraping on ears on menopausal syndrome(with syndrome of liver constraint and kidney deficiency).Methods:A total of 120 patients with menopausal syndrome(with syndrome of liver constraint and kidney deficiency)were selected and divided into the routine group,the decoction group,the scraping group and the combination group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine western medicine for treatment;the decoction group was treated with routine western medicine and Modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction;the scraping group was treated with routine western medicine and scraping on ears,and the combination group was treated with routine western medicine,Modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction and scraping on ears.The four groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical effects in the four groups were evaluated;the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))were compared before and after treatment between the four groups;the incidence of adverse reactions was observed.Results:The comparison of the total effective rate between the four groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the scraping group the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary symptoms and secondary symptoms and the total scores in the four groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the above three scores in the combination group were lower than those in the other three groups(P<0.05);the above three scores in the decoction group were lower than those in the scraping group and the routine group(P<0.05),and the above three scores in the scraping group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum FSH and LH in the
