补肾疏肝活血方联合西药治疗宫腔粘连肝郁肾虚兼血瘀证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾疏肝活血方联合西药治疗宫腔粘连肝郁肾虚兼血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将96例宫腔粘连肝郁肾虚兼血瘀证患者分为对照组、试验组各48例。2组均行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术,对照组术后给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联用补肾疏肝活血方治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、宫腔粘连(IUA)评分、子宫内膜厚度,评估2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。随访1年,比较2组术后1年妊娠率。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分、IUA评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度升高(P<0.05);试验组治疗后中医证候积分、IUA评分低于对照组(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,试验组妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾疏肝活血方联合西药治疗宫腔粘连肝郁肾虚兼血瘀证疗效确切,能增加患者子宫内膜厚度,改善宫腔粘连,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Shugan Huoxue Formula combined with western medicine for intrauterine adhesions with syndrome of liver constrain and kidney deficiency complicated with blood stasis.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with intrauterine adhesions with syndrome of liver constrain and kidney deficiency complicated with blood stasis were divided into the control group and the trial group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups underwent hysteroscopic separation of uterine adhesions;the control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the trial group was additionally treated with Bushen Shugan Huoxue Formula based on the treatment of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,the scores of intrauterine adhesions(IUA),and endometrial thickness were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated in the two groups.During the 1-year follow-up,the pregnancy rate after the operation was compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores and the IUA scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and endometrial thickness was increased(P<0.05).TCM syndrome score and the IUA score in the trial group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and endometrial thickness in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the 1-year follow-up,the pregnancy rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Shugan Huoxue Formula combined with western medicine has a definite curative effect on intrauterine adhesions with syndrome of liver constrain and kidney deficiency com
