补荥通俞法内涵及应用于痿证治疗的初步探析

摘　　要：通过研读《素问·痿论》以及广泛阅读相关中医经典与文献,讨论了该篇中所提及的补荥通俞法的内涵,认为补荥通俞法是在五痿辨证基础上,补五输穴之荥穴,泻其输穴,运用荥、输穴的穴位特性治疗痿证类疾病的治疗方法,为补荥通俞法的应用提供理论依据。This paper discusses the connotation of the methods of supplementing ying-spring point and unblocking back-shu points by studying the Basic Questions of Atrophy and extensively reading related Chinese medicine classics and literature.It is thought that the methods of supplementing ying-spring point and unblocking back-shu points are the methods of supplementing the ying-spring point and draining the back-shu points,full of characteristics of ying-spring point and back-shu points to treat the disease,based on the syndrome differentiation of five kinds of atrophy.It provides theoretical basis for the application of the methods of supplementing ying-spring point and unblocking back-shu points.
