摘　　要：总结熊国良教授对盆底功能障碍性疾病病因病机的认识及遣方用药特色。熊教授认为盆底功能障碍性疾病与脾、肾、肝密切相关,立足于中气下陷这一证型,以补中益气汤为基础,结合岭南地区人群的体质特点,治法以健脾益气、疏肝行气、清热利湿为法。This article is summarizes Professor XIONG Guoliang's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of pelvic floor dysfunction,as well as the characteristics of prescription and medication.Professor XIONG holds pelvic floor dysfunction is closely related to the spleen,kidney and liver.Based on the sinking of center qi syndrome type,he takes Buzhong Yiqi Decoction as the foundation,combines it with the constitution characteristics of the population in Lingnan area,and uses the treatment methods of fortifying the spleen and boosting qi,soothing the liver and rectifying qi,and clearing heat and draining dampness.
