摘 要:变径稳定器径向活塞不同的伸缩状态对环空流场会产生影响。为此,采用流体动力学研究不同状态下的环空流场特性并在此基础上进行结构优化。建立变径稳定器的流体动力学数值模拟模型,结合现场应用的变径稳定器参数,分析不同螺旋带参数和流体参数下的流体特性。研究结果表明:螺旋升角为55°左右时最优,螺旋棱截面对应圆心角对环空流场影响不明显,螺旋棱侧面倾角在5°~10°范围内较好,径向活塞为伸出状态时旋流流场表现更好;钻井液排量与旋流长度之间呈正相关、近似线性关系,钻井液密度较大时可以改善旋流衰减流场,但对切向速度和旋流长度影响较小。研究结论可为变径稳定器的结构设计与优化提供技术支撑。The different extension states of the radial piston in the variable-diameter stabilizer can have an impact on the annular flow field,for this reason,the annular flow field characteristics under various states was studied by using fluid dynamics,and the structure was optimized on this basis.A numerical fluid dynamics simulation model was established for the variable-diameter stabilizer,considering the parameters of the variable-diameter stabilizer applied on site,the fluid properties under different spiral band parameters and fluid parameters were analyzed.The results show that the spiral lift angle is optimal when it is about 55°,the corresponding central angle of the spiral rib section has no obvious impact on the annular flow field,the side inclination angle of the spiral rib is better in the range of 5°to 10°,and the swirl flow field performs better when the radial piston is in the extended state;there is a positive and approximately linear relationship between drilling fluid displacement and swirl flow length,increasing the density of the drilling fluid can improve swirl attenuation in the flow field,but drilling fluid density has a smaller impact ontangential velocity and swirl flow length.The conclusions provide a technical support in terms of structural design and optimization for variable-diameter stabilizers.
