摘  要:在深井、超深井中,高温、高压的恶劣环境对封隔器的工作性能提出了更高要求。为此,基于能量守恒定律,考虑井筒-地层径向的温度传递过程,建立了井筒温度分布的理论计算模型;基于卡瓦有限元计算模型,明确了封隔器卡-套接触压力分布特征。分析结果表明:不同卡瓦牙齿与套管的接触压力存在明显的不均匀性;卡瓦倾角与卡瓦锥角是完井封隔器卡瓦结构设计的关键几何参数,卡瓦倾角对卡-套接触压力峰值影响变化幅值仅为1.65%,不同卡瓦倾角下卡瓦1~4号齿的卡-套接触压力变化幅值却高达22%,不同卡瓦锥角下卡-套接触压力峰值变化幅值高达27%,但卡瓦1~4号齿上的卡-套接触压力变化仅有8.5%。所得结论可为完井封隔器锚固系统设计提供理论参考。In deep and ultra deep wells,the harsh environment of high temperature and pressure has put forward higher requirements for the working performance of packers.Therefore,based on the law of energy conservation,considering the radial temperature transfer process between wellbore and formation,a theoretical calculation model for wellbore temperature distribution was built;based on the slip finite element calculation model,the packer slip-casing contact pressure distribution characteristics were clarified.The analysis results show that there is a significant nonuniformity in the contact pressure between different slip teeth and the casing;the slip inclination angle and slip cone angle are key geometric parameters for the structural design of well completion packer slips,the influence change amplitude of slip inclination angle on the slip-casing contact pressure peak is only 1.65%,but the slip-casing contact pressure change amplitude of No.1 to No.4 teeth under different slip inclination angles is as high as 22%;the slip-casing contact pressure peak change amplitude under different slip cone angles is as high as 27%,but the slip-casing contact pressure change amplitude of No.1 to No.4 teeth is only 8.5%.The conclusions provide theoretical reference for the design of anchoring system of the well completion packer.
