摘　　要：国内页岩油气钻井周期长、成本高。为实现页岩油气钻井提速、提效,对我国和北美主要区域页岩油气水平井钻井技术指标进行对比,明确了我国页岩油气钻井技术指标和钻井参数与北美相比存在差距,“强化钻井参数、提升钻机装备配套能力”是缩小差距的有效途径之一。从钻机总体配套原则、钻机电控系统、钻井泵系统、钻井液系统、顶驱和其他设备方面对页岩油气钻机装备配套能力提升进行研究,形成系统的页岩油气钻机设备配套能力提升方案。基于该方案,将国内某主要页岩油产区的14部钻机按是否需要进行设备升级分为三级,并针对需要升级的钻机提出具体升级建议。所得结论可为页岩油气钻机装备配套能力提升,促进页岩油气钻井提速提效提供指导。In China,drilling of a shale oil/gas well often features long cycle and highcost.In this paper,horizontal well drilling technologies for shale oil and gas in China and North America are compared,revealing the gap with North America in indicators and parameters.To narrow this gap,it is necessary to strengthen drilling parameters and improve rig equipment.Then,the improvement of rig equipment capability for shale oil/gas well drilling is discussed in view of overall principles,rig electronic control system,mud pump system,mud system,top drive,and other devices.A systematic proposal to improve the rig equipment capability for shale oil/gas well drilling is developed.Based on this proposal,14 rigs in a shale oil/gas region of China are categorized into three levels,depending on the necessity of upgrading.Specific recommendations are provided for rigs to be upgraded.The research findings provide practical guidance for improving the rig equipment capability for shale oil/gas well drilling with higher speed and efficiency.
